Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 July 2026

The service

HMSi360 provides a subscription-based hospital management system covering patient records, appointments, inpatient care, pharmacy, diagnostics, billing and insurance claims. The service is provided to healthcare facilities (“hospitals”), not directly to patients.

Accounts & responsibilities

The hospital is responsible for the accuracy of the data its staff enter, for managing its user accounts and roles, and for ensuring its use of the system complies with applicable healthcare regulation. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed practitioners.

Subscriptions & payment

Plans are billed monthly per facility in the local currency displayed at purchase (Basic, Pro, Enterprise, or a negotiated Custom agreement). New hospitals receive a 14-day Pro trial. Payments are processed by Flutterwave; bank transfer is also accepted. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Plan limits

Each plan includes a maximum number of active staff accounts. HMSi360 may suspend service for accounts that remain unpaid after the subscription period ends.

Data ownership

The hospital owns its data. HMSi360 provides export in standard formats (CSV, FHIR JSON) at any time and on termination.

Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

Acceptable use

You may not use HMSi360 to store unlawful content, attempt to access other tenants’ data, resell the service without authorisation, or interfere with the platform’s operation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HMSi360’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. HMSi360 is a record-keeping and administration tool and is not liable for clinical outcomes.

Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
